ABOUT US
A paper bag factory built for Nepali businesses
International Paper Bag manufactures paper carrier bags in Bagbazar, Kathmandu twisted-handle kraft bags, full-colour printed rope-handle bags, ribbon-handle premium bags, and plain counter bags for food and grocery. We print for retailers, clinics, colleges, hotels, and brands across Nepal.
Our story
We started with a simple observation: Nepali businesses wanting quality printed bags were either importing them from India and China with long waits and no quality control or settling for whatever was available in Ason's wholesale lanes.
So we built a factory that does it here. Local production means you approve a physical sample before we print, a phone call actually reaches the people making your bags, and delivery doesn't depend on a border crossing.
Today our bags leave shops, clinics, colleges, and hotel desks across the country from a jeweller's foil-stamped gift bag to the plain counter bags a bakery goes through by the thousand.

SUSTAINABILITY
Paper, because the alternative is plastic
100% recyclable
Unlaminated kraft bags recycle in a single paper stream. Lamination is added only where the finish calls for it, and we will tell you when a job does not need it.
Compostable by default
Unlaminated kraft bags break down naturally within weeks. Food vendors can offer packaging their customers can compost with kitchen waste.
Ahead of the bans
Kathmandu and a growing list of municipalities restrict plastic bags. Switching to paper now means your business never scrambles when enforcement tightens.
