What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
500 pieces per size. Ordering 1,000 or more brings the per-piece rate down — our eight standard sizes are listed in full on our sizes page.
How much do your bags cost?
It depends on the size, paper, and print — send us the size and quantity and we quote against it, usually within one working day. Message us on WhatsApp or use the enquiry form.
How long does an order take?
Delivery is 4 to 6 days from the day the order is confirmed. Confirmation means the artwork is approved and the 50% advance has been received.
Do you deliver outside Kathmandu?
Yes we deliver to all 7 provinces of Nepal through transporters who handle paper goods daily. Kathmandu valley orders can also be picked up directly from our factory.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. For custom printed orders we produce a physical sample for your approval before the run starts, and the production run is matched to the sample you approved. Ask us about sample costs when you enquire.
What file format do you need for my logo?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) print sharpest, but we also accept high-resolution PNG. If all you have is a photo or a rough idea, our team can redraw it into a print-ready file.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% advance confirms the order, and the balance is payable before the bags are dispatched. Regular wholesale clients can discuss terms after their first few orders.
Is VAT included in your prices?
No — quotes exclude VAT. 13% VAT is added where a VAT invoice is required. Tell us when you order if you need one.
Are your bags really eco-friendly?
Unlaminated kraft bags are paper throughout and recycle as paper. Laminated and foil-finished bags carry a coating on the surface, so if recyclability matters for your use we will point you to an unlaminated construction.
Can you match a bag I bought somewhere else?
Usually, yes. Send us a photo or courier us the bag and we'll match the size, paper weight, and handle style, and quote you for local production.
